Varietal variety: Tabi (Tabi) is a hybrid of Arabica, developed in Colombia (crossing of Bourbon, Types and hybrids of Timor) for resistance to diseases (zocrem, to yerry cava leaf), and also during This preserves the high acidity of the cup.
